As the owner of Richard Sabucco Enterprises if I had to explain to someone what I do for a living I would first start out by saying that I am a distributor of promotional products and services which means that I supply products that companies can have branded with their corporate logo and message on them to get their name out and promote what they do for a living.
I consider myself a customer service rep as I try to be the problem solver when it comes to picking a product or service that works for my client. I get involved in every aspect of the order whether it be with picking the right product, logo placement to organizing the production to delivering the product on time even if I have to deliver it myself if timelines are critical. I will go the extra mile to make sure my customer is satisfied from start to finish.
I have been in business since 1993 as a distributor of promotional products and every day is a new adventure and always exciting to get to learn the needs of my clients and then to go shopping for that item that best suits what my client is looking for.
As an individual I am a pet lover as you can see by the pictures of my little dogs Tia and Tilly (my security team), I love sports of all kinds especially hockey and baseball and golf, I still play hockey and spend my summers on the golf course and laying by the pool and listening to country music. I am always available after hours and on weekends as being self-employed you always make yourself available as this isn’t a 9 to 5 job.
In the almost 30 years of being in business for myself there hasn’t been one day when I am watching the clock waiting for my day to end. I guess when your self-employed your day never does end and I love that about my job.
